𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧 at the community during the silent retreat 🌕

𝘓𝘦𝘵 𝘨𝘰…
It was beautiful.
The group used their creativity and intentions to first make a little piece of art made of everything they could find in nature, to later burn it in the fire as a symbol for that which they wanted to release and let go.

And all of this happened in complete silence. A magical moment. Not knowing anything about what others were letting go, but to hold space together and see all the handmade pieces of art getting burned away..

Later in the evening I did the same at my yurt. I wrote a letter with the date on it and burned it in the fire of my stove. Time to move on from patterns, people and old stories that block me from being open for the new. And for me it was nice to experience it not being heavy on the heart, it even put a smile on my face and brought me to the here & now.

Because isn’t it just amazing where the signs brought me? I can really say that I’m happy with who I am, where I am and excited for allll that’s coming
